nC (not connected)
In order to operate properly the display dial must receive proper signal from the sensor probe. If your display shows nC this points to a hardware problem and you may need to replace the dial.
First check to ensure the dial is properly screwed and attached. If nC continues to show, please request a replacement dial from our customer service team.
uL (underLoad)
Based on the initial factory (empty) calibration, the ELG is reading a lower value than originally defined (below zero).
This error message indicates a factory calibration error or hardware problem. Please reach out to our customer service team to request a replacement dial.
oL (overLoad)
The ELG is reading a value beyond the maximum limit (150%). This error message indicates a wrong "calibration to Full" setting - where the calibration to full was performed before the cylinder was properly completely filled or a hardware problem.
Please remove product from the cylinder until the display reads 100% and then recalibrate to full, then start to fill the cylinder again and repeat the "calibration to Full" procedure multiple times during the fill. Or request a replacement of the ELG dial.
